Hans Christian Berg makes spatial objects from different, mostly transparent and reflective materials. He is fascinated by observation and perception and in his use of glass, acrylic and steel he sets the viewing in motion, as it were. Mainly through the manipulation of light and reflection, he plays with optical illusions and challenges the boundaries of looking. In this sense, his work can be experienced as a strong sensory sensation.
