Drum and Bass, a music style that is mainly characterized by its rhythmic percussion (drum) and the use of bass (bass), forms the basis for the musical-pictorial work of artists Sander Reijgers, Graphic Surgery (Erris Huigens and Gysbert Zijlstra) and Mike Ballard in the group exhibition Interlude. In addition to clear boundaries, the music offers the freedom to express ideas, thoughts and emotions in a plastic, spatial and especially musical way.
