Bram Braam NL, b. 1980

Bram Braam draws inspiration from the raw traces of the urban environment. Working in the space between abstraction and representation, he transforms familiar materials such as concrete, steel, wood, and paint into layered compositions that reflect time, erosion, and human intervention. Rooted in minimalism, modernist architecture, and post-vandalism, his work explores the fragile balance between control and chance, the built and the natural, permanence and decay.
